San Francisco 49ers upset Philadelphia Eagles in Wild Card

The San Francisco 49ers upset the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles 23-19 in a gritty NFC Wild Card game Sunday. Brock Purdy battling through two interceptions, managed 262 passing yards and two touchdowns, including a crucial fourth quarter score to Christian McCaffrey that gave the 49ers the lead for good. McCaffrey added another touchdown reception earlier, finishing with 114 scrimmage yards.
Philadelphia's Jalen Hurts threw for 168 yards and one touchdown with no interceptions, but the Eagles' offense stalled late, including a sack by Keion White that forced a punt.
The 49ers' defense broke up a fourth down pass in the end zone to seal the win. The 49ers will face divisional foe Seattle Seahawks in the Divisional Round.
